Cost of removal and installation are not included,and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when thefailure occurs. This warranty has no cash value. To make a claim under this warranty, return the defectiveproduct with the dated original receipt to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased. This LimitedWarranty is not transferrable. This Limited Warranty applies only to those Products expressly describedin this document. An eligible Product must be purchased new and used only on the vehicle upon which itwas originally installed. Satisfactory proof of the date of purchase of the Product by the original end-userpurchaser, date of installation and mileage of the vehicle must be provided.Limitations and Exclusions of WarrantyThis warranty does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized retailers/dealers includingunauthorized online sellers. XRF has no way to confirm the authenticity and quality of products soldthrough unauthorized resellers and is not obligated to honor warranty claims when purchased from anunauthorized individual, unauthorized retailer/dealer, or unauthorized online retailer. Purchases madethrough auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or other unauthorized online retailers arenot eligible for warranty.Additional Limitations and Exclusions of WarrantyIn addition to the other requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and exclusions contained in this LimitedWarranty, this Limited Warranty also does not apply to:1. Any other costs, including costs of removal, installation, diagnostic time, and any other expensesarising out of replacing the product.2. Any Product installed on a vehicle used for commercial, off-road, or competition purposes.3. Any Product installed on a vehicle that is or has been operated in an overloaded condition, i.e.,overloaded in excess of the vehicle’s payload capacity or towing capacity per the original vehiclemanufacturer’s placard.4. Any Product installed on a vehicle with a suspension system that has been altered, modified, orrestored in any way, including but not limited to suspension systems that have been lowered orraised.5. Any claim, loss, or damage due to misuse, alteration, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improperapplication, or attachment, improper or lack of maintenance, improper installation, or improperstorage of the Product.6. Any Product not installed by a properly trained or certified technician using appropriate tools andprocedures.7. Any Product that was acquired as used (e.g., a Product purchased used, or a vehicle purchasedused and upon which a Product was installed by the prior vehicle owner)8. Any claim, loss, or damage by anyone other than the original end-user purchaser of the Product.9. Any claim, loss, or damage due to damage that occurred to the Product while in transit prior tothe purchase by the original end-user purchaser; and any reconditioned Product.10. Any Product purchased, installed, or used outside of the United States of America, its territoriesand Canada.11. Any product that sends back for return to the original retailer should be on his or hers own cost.12. Please note that Qualified Installer Shop is a business registered with theCity/County/Municipality to conduct business as an automotive repair facility with a businesslicense.13. Please keep in mind that the product that has been approved to honor the warranty can only bereplace ONCE.14. XRF will not accept any returns and is not responsible for any claims related to circumstancesand products described in the preceding sentence. All warranties, express or implied, aredisclaimed if not stated herein.
