Yes, Manual mode is compatible with all xTool lasers: P2S, P2, S1, M1 Ultra, F1 Ultra, D1, D1 Pro, M1, and F1. Note: Auto-mode is only compatible with P2S, S1, M1 Ultra, and F1 Ultra. Why can only certain models sync? Syncing the AP2 with the engraving machine requires a Bluetooth dongle for information transmission. Currently, only the S1, F1 Ultra, M1 Ultra, and P2S meet this requirement. Is it compatible with laser machines from other brands? The diameter size that the xTool SafetyPro AP2 can adapt to is 3 inches. If the size of the smoke exhaust pipe of the laser machine meets the requirements, then it is compatible. Note that it won't be able to utilize the Auto-mode as that is only reserved for the machines listed in the answer to the first question of this section. Can the air outlets be vented directly into the room? Yes, exhaust air can be discharged directly into the room because xTool's SafetyPro AP2 purified exhaust air meets the air quality requirements for direct indoor exhaust. Do I need to turn off the laser fan when the purifier is in use? The P2 and P2S models need to turn off the fan of the laser machine when used with the purifier. The P2S will automatically turn off the fan when linked with the purifier. Other laser machines do not need to have the fan turned off when used with the purifier. How often should the cyclone be cleaned? It’s recommended to clean it every 6 months, but users can adjust this based on actual usage conditions. Does the cyclone need to be dried after cleaning? Yes, it needs to be dried. A damp cyclone can affect the lifespan of the 3rd and 4th filters (the activated carbon layer and the carbon mesh layer).
