The dual Epson I1600 heads deliver crisp output at production speeds, helping you scale faster without sacrificing quality. 4. Advanced SmartCycle™ Maintenance System (Plus Upgrades) Maintenance is significantly improved over the original model. The Plus features: Industry-first built-in automatic humidifier with dual sensors that maintain optimal 45–65% humidity around the print heads (supports longer continuous runs even in dry environments). HydraFlow™ damper for better white ink circulation and fewer settling points. Automatic Wet Capping that seals and moisturizes the print heads after extended idle periods. Continuous monitoring, auto-cleaning, ink circulation, and moisturizing—all managed 24/7 with real-time status via the mobile app. 5. User-Friendly xTool Studio Software + Mobile App Design, nest, RIP, and print in one program compatible with Windows and Mac. AI tools help restore images, generate designs, and optimize layouts. The companion mobile app adds remote monitoring, alerts, status checks, and the ability to send print jobs over your local network—turning your phone into a convenient mobile print studio. 6. Durable, Soft, Washable Prints Transfers withstand 50+ wash cycles with minimal color loss and stretch significantly without cracking. The soft hand-feel outperforms many traditional transfers, making them ideal for everyday apparel and accessories. 7. Compact, Safer Design The printer maintains a compact footprint suitable for small workshops while the enclosed OS1 powder system reduces mess and exposure. Combined with the Plus’s improved humidity and capping systems, it delivers more reliable day-to-day operation with less hands-on care.
