he Xvive AT-3 Audio Tester Ultra is a professional, split-unit troubleshooting tool designed for maximum flexibility in audio testing. Its unique two-part design allows for remote signal and XLR cable testing, even over long distances, by placing one unit at each end of the signal chain. It is an essential utility for testing powered PA speakers, effects pedals, cables, DI boxes, IEM systems, and mixers, providing a quick way to diagnose signal and hardware issues. Features Split-Unit Architecture: Independent male and female XLR units allow for remote testing of long cable runs and complex signal paths. Signal Generator: Emits 1 kHz sine waves or pink noise signals via XLR male, 1/4", and 1/8" connectors. XLR Cable Tester: Verifies the functionality of all three pins in an XLR cable by using both units at opposite ends. Input Metering: Measures XLR input signal strength with dedicated thresholds for signal presence (-20 dBu) and peaking (+10 dBu). Phantom Power Check: Tests output voltage and ensures proper operation of both pins (identifies 24-44V vs. 44-52V). Monitoring Capabilities: Features a 1/8" headphone jack for direct monitoring of signals connected to the XLR female or 1/4" inputs. Rechargeable Performance: Units charge via USB in 1.5 hours, providing up to 4 hours of continuous operation on a full charge. Specs Tone/Noise Levels: -10 dBu, -20 dBu, and -40 dBu (selectable for both 1 kHz and Pink Noise). XLR Balanced Jack: Output Impedance: 350 Ω. Input Impedance: 3 kΩ. Phantom Voltage Range: Solid light (44-52V), Flashing light (24-44V). 1/4" Unbalanced Jack: Output Impedance: 600 Ω. Input Impedance: 600 Ω / 3.5 kΩ. Cable Tester DC Voltage: 3.3 V. Included Accessories: Holster pouch, 1/4" male-to-male adapter, and USB-C charging cable. Charging: USB-C (5V).
