You can even get creative and use this for neutral grip pull ups and inverted rows when you're short on space or time. This rack attachment boasts a black powder coat to prevent rust and UHMW lining to protect your uprights and ensure a snug fit. The UHMW-lined Manticore version can be hung vertically on your upright for storage. Easily install and adjust the height with a simple drop pin. With a 500lb weight capacity, you can throw on a Dip Belt and some Weight Plates for some extra flair. This Y Dip Attachment fits the Hydra power rack specs. IMPORTANT: If your rack is not bolted to the ground or otherwise secured, you must use the Y Dip Attachment on the inside of your rack.
