The Yamada NDP-25BAT-PP is a heavy-duty 1-inch air operated diaphragm pump engineered for chemical processing, paint transfer, solvents, and general industrial fluid handling. Combining a rugged aluminum wetted body, chemical-resistant PTFE (Teflon) diaphragms, and a corrosion-resistant polypropylene center section, this high-performance Yamada AODD pump delivers reliable, stall-free operation at flow rates up to 46.2 GPM. Designed with Yamada’s signature leak-free bolted construction, this 1" AODD pump eliminates the reassembly misalignments and leakage issues common to traditional clamp-band units. Its patented, non-lubricated C-spool air valve design features an externally accessible air motor, allowing for fast, in-line maintenance without removing the pump from service—maximizing uptime and reducing lifecycle costs.
