The Yamada NDP-50BVS is an ultra-durable 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume transfer of abrasive chemical slurries, acid solutions, and corrosive processing fluids. Built with a chemically inert Kynar® (PVDF) liquid body and fatigue-resistant Santoprene® diaphragms, this heavy-duty unit delivers excellent wear life and mechanical toughness under continuous duty cycles. Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this advanced Yamada AODD unit ensures non-lubricated, stall-free operation across demanding process lines. Capable of flow rates up to 132 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 5/16”, the NDP-50BVS-PP AODD pump offers a seal-less, leak-proof, and fully chemical-resistant fluid transfer solution for chemical slurry feed, industrial wastewater treatment, metal finishing, and hazardous waste processing.
