We will have a vehicle specific install video soon. Installation is simple. NEVER force the shift lever, you need to drive slow while shifting, or spin the tires slowly if you are stuck, while shifting. It should shift easy, forcing the lever will break your differential. First, find the place you want to mount the shift lever and make sure the cable reaches from the lever to your front actuator. Then mark the spots where the shift lever needs to be secured, drill the holes and mount the shift lever, drill one extra hole for the pull cable. Push the cable through that hole, screw the pull cable into the shift lever and then mount the shift lever. Run the cable down to the actuator. Stay clear of any hot or moving parts. Do not make any sharp bends. Next, remove your electric actuator, you can unplug it and disregard it or even simply strap it up inside the machine and leave it plugged in and out of the way. Install the pull cable into the manual actuator, put the o-ring on the back of the actuator. Mount the Sure 4 manual 4x4 actuator onto your differential using the two new screws supplied. Test the movement of the actuator, you must have the front wheels off the ground to do this, start to shift into 4WD, rotate the front wheels with your foot while applying a small amount of pressure to the lever to shift into 4WD, it should slide into 4WD easily when the gears inside your differential line up and allow them to slide together. This is the same process for shifting into Diff Lock. NEVER FORCE THE SHIFT LEVER. You will break something. Adjust the pull cable; when in 2WD the actuator "block" should be all the way to one side, when in 4WD the actuator "block" should be in the center, when in Diff Lock the actuator "block" should be all the way to the other side. If this is not the case, adjust the cable to make this happen. Put the o-ring on the lid, screw the lid on and you are done!
