Yamazaki 18yo, 43% Tasting note: Absolutely gorgeous nose. Sherry spices, incense, wood varnish, coconut, and some black jelly. Palate is sweet and medium rich. There is the coconu t and black grass jelly again, and lots of sherry spices. The Mizunara influence is definitely there too presenting vanilla and coconut characters.
