And with a history in gold and silversmithing th at goes back over 200 years. The innovation that made Yard O Led is right there in the name - they created a mechanical pencil that held twelve three-inch long leads inside, so you could actually carry a yard of lead. And they're still making beautiful mechanical pencils today, still hand-made in Birmingham. These amazing pencils, and the pens to go with them, are crafted from 925 sterling silver, chased with traditional Victorian patterns.
