Wisdom Choice’s Yellow Box honey comes from the bees which have foraged pollen from the flowers of the Eucalyptus meliodora tree which is found across regions in Australia’s eastern coast in parts of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Yellow Box honey is a popular table honey as it is smooth with a lower viscosity which means that it flows and spreads well. It also has a lower Glycaemic Index (GI) than other honey and is slower to crystallise meaning that it is healthier and will keep for longer.
