Yellow Croaker is a highly prized fish in Asia, especially China. It contains high amounts of Vitamin B6, B12 and omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. The Korean way of cooking this fi sh is to coat the fish in light batter, deep fry this fish whole to have a fish that is crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Chinese restaurants steam this fish, or use high heat and some ginger and scallions to boil this fish in to rid the fish of any fishiness and bring out the natural sweetness of this wonderful fish. Our default processing for this fish is gilled, gutted and scaled. Please note that the Yellow Croaker that you will be purchasing is 400/600g gross weight, before processing and packing. Fish will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible! Show more
