Duration Approximately 7 hours. Description Once you've completed the TRX Yoga Foundations Course, it's time to deepen your practice. This LIVE virtual course introduces a 60-minute vinyasa sequence - the TRX Yoga Signature Flow - that integrates the TRX Suspension Trainer™ into every movement. This unique flow offers an ideal balance of intensity and rejuvenation, for a powerful practice. You'll build a solid foundation of TRX principles and vinyasa yoga, equipping you to lead your own community through this flow. Course Materials All participants will receive a link to access the digital course materials. Attendees should have access to a private space, a TRX Suspension Trainer, and a stable wifi connection. Cancellation Policy Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should TRX need to cancel, registrants will receive a full refund or credit toward another course. Any requests to transfer registration from one course to another must be sent to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the course. Pre-Requesites There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course. Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified health & fitness professionals. All registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. Any registrant missing 90 minutes (live)/160 minutes (virtual) or more will be ineligible to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. No refunds or credits, partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
