This 1956 British quad film poster pictures Diana Dors cast as Mary Hilton in this X certificate film which makes a plea for the abolition of Capital punishment based on the case o f Ruth Ellis the last woman in Britain to be hanged. Diana Dors gives arguably her life's best performance as the murderess recounting the circumstances that drove her to kill. A moving film poster with a provocative image for what was a black and white film. The film poster was printed by Leonard Ripley & co. Ltd. of London S.E.11.
