Yin Yoga is a nourishing style of yoga targeting the meridians and helping to balance the nervous system. We hold shapes (with props) for 3-5 minutes allowing for softening of the fascia. The stillness allows space to move through the layers and support a release physically, as well as emotionally and mentally. We connect with the breath in each shape as the body unwinds and resets.
