Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body, including the ligaments, joints, bones, connective tissues, deep fascia, and meridian pathways. Postures (asanas) are held for longer periods of time than in many other styles of yoga, allowing for a deeper and more meditative practice. All levels are welcome! Cancellation policy - Eligibility: Participants can cancel their enrollment within one week (7 days) from the start date of classes or from the date of purchase. Refund: A full refund minus administration fees of 7% will be issued if the cancellation request is made within this period. Procedure: To cancel, participants must submit a cancellation request via email or in writing Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request. Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate should a refund be approved.There are no refunds past the half way mark of the class. Cancellations by the LCC: Unfortunately, some programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. In this case a full refund will be issued (with no admin fee) or you can opt for a credit. We make every effort to make decisions on these programs prior to the start date.
