Canvas print of the acrylic painting Ymir Peak.I live in Nelson BC and our local ski hill has the most beautiful bowl and at its peak is Ymir. Its has such a beautiful mountain top ography, We don't have a lot of alpine near nelson and are lucky to have this at such close proximity to town. I painted this quickly this January from a photo I had in my back pocket. Im really taken with cloud and mist in the winter mountains. The way the light hits certain aspects is so yummy for my eyes. I try and capture that in my work, making sure to create calming pieces for your home or workplace or wherever.
