Each jacket is designed with five-layer cons truction to prevent thermal loss that occurs as the temperature outside begins to drop. Insulating the body of the cooking chamber, the thermal jacket is ideal for use at 300° and below. Use of thermal jacket retains the heat therefor reducing pellet usage on those cold days.
