You will be guided through traditional yoga poses and flows that develop strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind & breath. Finishing with relaxation techniques. These classes are designed for mixed-level participants - All Levels Welcome Pack your Yoga mat, bring a blanket.Please do not worry if you haven't got a mat. We can provide one. We will be outside or under cover, depending on the weather. Please dress appropriately for movement and comfort.
