Admission includes one hour of all-levels yoga on the beach with Amanda Meatyard, followed by a fall bouquet making class with Sunnyside Florals and Sheepfield Farm. Instruction includes fully stocked locally grown fresh flower bar, vessel, and pruners. Come enjoy beautiful waterfront views while enjoying a mindful yoga session.
