The themes that you'll encounter in the classes are often drawn from psychotherapy and spiritual teachings but in a subtle non-intrusive way. Expect a powerful sequence with some physical challenge but don't worry about your level, because the slow-moving sequences and long holds between poses will encourage progression and emotional and physical awareness. If I do a good job, I will see you weekly and assist you in your practice, if I do a great job, soon you'll be able to carry your experience off the mat and into your daily life.
