What to Expect 🦋 Gentle Yoga by the Ocean Amy will guide you through a gentle flow to ground your body and calm your mind ~ perfect for all levels, including beginners. 🦋 Matcha Break Take a moment to rest and sip on a delicious matcha by @Suki, while connecting with others and enjoying the peaceful beach surrounds. 🦋 Clay Session: Get Creative Yasmine will guide you through a beginner-friendly clay workshop where you’ll learn the basics of air-dry clay to create your own trinket dish (or whatever you feel inspired to make). There’s no pressure to make anything perfect, the focus is simply to slow down, be present and enjoy the therapeutic process of working with clay. 🦋 Finishing Touches Take home your handmade clay creation safely inside our little goodie box, complete with everything you need to bring it to life once it’s dry. 🦋 Ocean Dip Finish up your morning with a refreshing swim in the Sorrento Beach ocean ~ the perfect way to close the experience.
