Multi-layer foam combining several densities covers the crown, sides, and cheek panels, absorbing hooks and straight punches across a larger surface area for training partners who spar frequently at higher volume than competition conditions. A back Velcro adjustment with an integrated chin strap locks the guard in position through full rounds of clinch work, footwork, and combination exchanges without shifting. The extended cheek coverage makes this guard the practical choice for gym sparring where head strike volume is higher than in competition.
