Each of these carved "moons" are made from sodalite-syenite — the same rare fluorescent composition as the stones known as "Yooperlite," though these beauties are sourced from Chin a, one of only a handful of places in the world where this glowing combination occurs naturally. Under a 365nm long-wave UV blacklight, the rough, crater-textured surface ignites in vivid orange-yellow — every piece its own little moon on fire. In natural light, they look like simple gray stones. That's part of the magic. You will receive one Yooperlite Moon in the size you choose (sizes can vary by .1"), similar to those pictured, each with its own unique pattern and coloration.
