A weekly restorative deep-conditioning masque for brittle, dry and ageing hair — Immortelle, Baobab and Orchid Extract with an Amino Acid complex deeply condition and strengthen for restored body, bounce and shine in 5 to 10 minutes. The Moda Team Review Young Again Masque is the intensive weekly step in the REJUVENATE regimen — the same hero ingredient complex as the Wash and Rinse, but in a concentrated masque format with an extended 5 to 10 minute absorption window that allows the amino acids, Baobab Oil and Immortelle to penetrate more deeply than a conditioner can in the standard rinse time. Kevin Murphy’s protocol for masque day is specific: wash with Young Again Wash, apply the Masque, absorb for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse, then follow with Young Again Rinse to lock in the treatment results. That final Rinse step after the masque is the detail most people miss. The conditioner closes the cuticle over what the masque deposited — without it, some of the treatment work rinses away with the masque itself. Why Moda Carries This As a White Haven Kevin Murphy salon, the Young Again Masque is the weekly reset we recommend for any client whose hair has progressively lost quality over time. Colour-treated hair processed repeatedly over years, post-menopausal hair changes, heat-stressed brittle ends — the masque delivers a concentrated dose of repair and conditioning that the daily Wash and Rinse maintains between uses. Once a week is the brand recommendation; hair in more significant distress can use it twice weekly. Key Active Ingredients Helichrysum Italicum (Immortelle) Extract: Anti-ageing rejuvenator that fights oxidation and strengthens and repairs depleted hair. Adansonia Digitata (Baobab) Seed Oil: Deeply repairs damaged hair, increases strength, moisturises for manageability and all-over softness. Orchid Flower Extract: Protein-rich extract that reinforces and strengthens the hair while delivering intense hydration, softness and elasticity. Lotus Flower Extract: Soothing emollient that helps leave hair feeling supple. Amino Acid Complex: The building blocks of hair protein — penetrate the cortex to restore structural integrity, strength and shine from within. Quinoa Protein: Conditions, maintains moisture and strengthens the hair structure. Moda Pro Tip On masque day, do not skip the Young Again Rinse after rinsing the masque out. Kevin Murphy specifically states: apply masque, absorb 5 to 10 minutes, rinse, then follow with Young Again Rinse to lock in results. The conditioner seals the cuticle over what the masque deposited. Skipping it is like applying a treatment serum and then washing it off — you get some benefit but not the full result. Not the Right Fit If... If your hair damage is acute bond-level breakage from recent heavy bleaching, Re.Store or Repair Me Wash and Rinse is the more targeted first response. Young Again Masque is a restorative anti-ageing treatment for progressively depleted hair — it is not an intensive bond repair. Address structural breakage first, then introduce the Young Again system for ongoing quality maintenance. How To Use Wash with Young Again Wash. Apply masque to freshly washed hair. Massage into hair and scalp. Leave for 5–10 minutes to fully absorb. Rinse thoroughly. Follow immediately with Young Again Rinse to lock in treatment results. Use once weekly or as needed.
