Mary Ocher's latest album, Your Guide to Revolution, showcases her political views through energetic instrumentals and collaborations with other artists. This includes the lead sin gle 'Sympathize', which highlights the cynicism of politics and our complicity in global crises. The album also offers unconventional survival strategies for those pursuing artistic careers. The Rubaiyat Medley reimagines the work of Dorothy Ashby and is accompanied by a stylized music video. Ocher's radical left-wing perspective is shaped by her upbringing in Israel and is evident throughout the album.' Show more
