We still old signage up, sign says "Buffalo Bath and Kitchen". Description: This class introduces kids to the fun and fundamentals of bodyweight training in a safe, encouraging environment. Through games, challenges, and skill-based drills, youth will learn how to move their bodies with strength, balance, and control. Movements include age-appropriate versions of push-ups, pullups, squats, core work, handstands, and other creative exercises that build confidence and coordination. The focus is on fun, fitness and foundation! Helping kids develop athletic skills, improve flexibility and build healthy habits that last. Every class encourages teamwork, perseverance and a positive mindset, while keeping kids engaged and moving.
