Yprésien comes from a parcel planted predominantly with Pinot Meunier, as well as a small portion of Pinot Noir. In the Vallée de la Marne, Meunier is the defining grape, and this cuvée captures its expressive character beautifully. Aged under cork to allow a slow, natural micro-oxidation, the wine reveals a graceful evolution in bottle unfolding with delicate layers of almond and bruised apple.
