This is one of those hats that you literally throw on and then play with the shape. It is made of a felted wool, soft velvet feel fabric with a fringed edging. Inside the band is a panel of off-white fringe that is perfectly aligned with the top layer. This give the brim a bit of drama and you can flip it and have it sit to show as much or little of that underside color as you wish. A huge brass safety pin and ribbon shaped felt adorn one side.
