These yunomi cups are thrown on the wheel and finished with a soft, flowing white glaze over warm toffee clay. The contrast between the natural, raw texture and the glossy These cu ps from the Inyo Series bring together contrast and calm in one simple form. Each one is thrown on the wheel and half dipped in dark, glossy tenmoku and half in clear glaze over warm toffee clay. Where the two meet, the glaze flows and shifts, creating soft lines, gentle drips, and patterns that can never be repeated. The balance between the raw clay and glossy surface gives every cup a quiet sense of harmony — simple, natural, and full of depth. Show more
