Originally created for an exhibition at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, this circa 1976 poster captures Johns’ fascination with systems of meaning, repetition, and abstraction. The Numbers series is among the most recognized and studied bodies of work in Johns’ career, merging visual logic with emotional intensity through color, pattern, and structure. This poster commemorates a key institutional exhibition of the series and remains a highly collectible piece of art ephemera from the peak of Johns’ influence. Perfect for collectors of American postwar art, Pop, and Conceptualism. Show more
