This is Checkmate remote with the FCC ID of JT3KD1500T. It is Checkmate part number is TR-4-434. It has 3 buttons on the front and one button on the back and it looks like a toyota remote. It has a Green light. The remote comes with programming instructions and a battery. Note1: You can use this remote to replace the TR-3-100 remote which looks a bit different, has only 3 buttons, a Green LED, and FCC ID of JT3KD100-T or JT3KT6B. Note2: Many shops fail to connect the grey wire to the ignition when they install the systems that use this remote. The consequence is that the system can't detect when you try to enter programming mode. Please do this test before ordering this remote to ensure you will be able to perform the programming. If you have a working remote, open the door, turn ignition to ON, press Lock button on remote. If you get a soft siren chirp and the LED light turns ON-solid, then order this remote.
