The term Pro refers to Schoppel's move to a non superwash finish and their commitment to focussing on transparent supply chains, environmental protection, animal welfare, and fair working conditions – criteria that yarns with the “Pro Quality" designation consistently meet. “Pro Quality” also designates yarns without a superwash finish. There is currently no felt-free process that completely satisfies Schoppel in terms of sustainability and quality, which is why we don’t use felt-free finishing for these very honest and authentic yarns.
