Our husky puppo ZeIda is sick. She's got heartworms, and the vet is giving us a few months to a year for her to live without treatment. She is only 2 years old, and she's lovely. W e found out about a week ago while doing a normal check-up to start all our puppos on preventative flea/tick/heartworm treatment. She was the only one of four that tested positive, which is still sad news because she's so chill. She lived inside except when we went to dog parks or road trips. I am completely surprised none of our other puppos tested positive, but also thankful, as they preferred to be outside in the yard most of the time, unlike ZeIda. We didn't want to ask for donations, and the total treatment cost is between $1500 and $3000. We have already put much of the treatment costs on a credit card, however the nearly 30% interest rate and inability to pay it all right now is going to seriously affect our life. We decided instead of creating a gofundme or asking for help with direct donations, we would design a print so at least you can get something cool for your contribution. I understand this a bit more expensive than our normal print offerings, and it's only for this design because of the situation. It's highly likely that we will pull this product when we have made enough to cover the cost of her treatment, so I guess this is limited... This is an illustration of our puppo ZeIda lounging around by a window, probably one of her favorite things to do all the time. Every sale helps, every share helps.
