This Zeiss Axiovert 25 inverted microscope is configured with phase contrast and fluorescence. The binocular viewing head has PL 18x/18mm FOV eyepieces and the front photo port all ows you to add a camera to this microscope. The 0.4 N.A. condenser contains the phase slider which has brighfield, Ph1, and Ph2 positions. The microscope comes with a right handed XY mechanical stage. The 5 position nosepiece comes with CP-Achromat 5x, CP-Achromat 10x Ph1, LD-A Plan 20x Ph1, and LD-A Plan 40x Ph2 objectives. The 3 position fluorescence filter slider contains FITC, and TRITC filters. The microscope comes with a 50 watt mercury lamphouse, power supply and mercury bulb.
