I got my cover and it's a half inch smaller than what I ordered!'....First off, props to you for measuring, you are good! Second, that's on purpose! If you ordered a 20x20 inch pillow, I'm going to make your cover to fit a 20x20 inch insert. They both can't be the exact same size or you'll end up with a very sad looking pillow. If you reeeeaaally like a plump pillow, go ahead and size up on your insert from the size cover you order. 5. I love doing custom orders!
