Three cats sit in a pine tree branch watching the sunset, a long-haired black cat, a brown tabby and another black cat. The sunset is in bright shades of red, orange and yellow. Th e turquoise blue pine branches provide a cooling contrast. Pine cones dot the branches. This visionary landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
