The ash has been deposited into shallow lakes and has absorbedthe lake's mineral rich water. Over a long period of time the ash becomes compressed into a hard rock material. The absorbed minerals now in the Zeolite ash form a unique rigidstructure arranged in an ordered, matrix configuration resembling a bee's honeycomb. Our zeolite is mined from only one particular mine There are very few deposits in the world of this purity because it comes froman area where no airborne or water pollution has contaminated it. It has virtually no other foreign materials (such as clays, gypsum, erionite etc.) within it. It has been crushed,purified, sub-micronised (its average size is below one micron [a micron equals a thousand nanometres)) and then sterilised.The zeolite is then further processed into differing grades. Only one grade is produced to be used as a superior product available for human use. To achieve the required particlesize the zeolite is further processed using the latest state-of-the-art equipment and measured, inspected and tested for consistent quality and particle size.
