The Zephyr necklace, as with the other earring-necklace pairings within this collection, was born after its sister-earrings. The bottom half of the pendant design mirrors the Zephyr earrings, with a simple but elegant V gracing the bottom of the necklace. The top part features an ‘outline chain’, with each tip reaching tenderly up towards a small 2mm jump ring on each side, which then connects the pendant part to the rest of the necklace chain. There is a light touch to this necklace, featuring a gorgeously delicate 1.6mm x 1.2mm cable chain throughout. The feeling of space and air, flows all the way down from the neck sections of the chain, to the gentle point of the silver V. I can adjust the length of the necklace chain to suit your requirements, but if you would like a different length from the standard detailed here, please state this in the comments when you place your order, or send me an email. There is further information in the dropdown section ‘Chain lengths and ring sizes’, below. The detail The silver V on this design is 1.2cm long top to bottom, 1.2cm across side to side, and 1mm thick, with the tube sections extending out width ways to 2mm. The chain section which links the tubing at the top of the V to the small jump rings attaching to the chain, is 2.5cm long. These measurements together, equate to the ‘pendant section’ of the necklace totaling 3.6 cm. The standard sterling silver necklace chain is 45cm/17", meaning that the overall necklace with pendant, from the back of the neck to the bottom of the V, measures around 26cm/10.2". End to end, from the clasp to the catch, the necklace measures almost 53cm/20.8". The necklace chain is finished with a 9mm lobster clasp and 4mm ring catch, both in sterling silver.
