How it works – just add to water, then add ice There’s no messing about – the only other thing you need (apart from your bottles!) is an ice bucket or a wine cooler. Here’s how to chill in four simple steps: Fill an ice bucket or cooler one-quarter full with cold water. Add the contents of one sachet (to an ice bucket) or two sachets (to a cooler) and stir until the granules are dissolved. Place your bottle(s) in the bucket or cooler, then surround with ice. Top up with water to 2.5cm below the top of your bucket or cooler – and wait (not very long!) for your drinks to be perfectly chilled.
