An elegant natural wine made from the gaglioppo grape. Crafted using spontaneous fermentation, without filtration or added sulphites, but none of the failings typical of poorly mad e natural wines. Intense ruby red with light orange reflections. Notes of spices with plums and cherries, full bodied with a perfect balance of tannin and acidity.
