It fe atures a minimalist, home-recorded style and includes standout tracks like “Mutineer” and “Seminole Bingo.” The title track was later performed by Bob Dylan as a tribute, highlighting its lasting influence. The album reflects Zevon’s shift toward greater creative control and a more intimate sound.
