In May 2026 Kunstveein Hannover and PinchukArt Centre presented a new publication on artist Zhana Kadyrova, on the ocassion of the 61st Biennale di Venezia, where she represented Ukraine - then had her first solo North American exhibition at The Ukrainian Museum in New York. Zhanna Kadyrova is one of the most acclaimed Ukrainian artists of her generation. Her work engages with the transformations of Ukraine since the early 2000's and it's Soviet-imperial legacy. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022,she has become one of the strongest artistic voices on the international stage. This first monograph emerges from a sustained collaboration between Kunstverein Hannover and PinchukArtCentre.
