Vintage: 2022 Region: Pantelleria, southwest of Sicily Grapes: Zibibbo (Muscat d'Alexandria) ABV: 13.5% Vinification: Volcanic soil. Destemmed & placed in terracotta amphorae for 4 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. After fermentation, the amphorae are sealed and the wine matures until bottling Notes: Aromatic, flowers and fruit on the nose: apricot, citrus peel, honey, herbs.
