Shirt Dream Printz and Sublimation Printz For Dream Printz: Adult XL size is 12" wide or 14" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Adult size is 11" wide or 12" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Youth size is 8" wide or 10" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Toddler size is 7" wide or 9" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Infant size is 5" wide or 7" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Coozie / pocket size is 3.5" wide or tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Dream Printz are a transfer type made using direct to garment printers/inks (real textile inks) which are applied to a clear transfer film. They have a white underbase so they can go on dark colors, and the adhesive to apply them works on full cotton and cotton/poly blended fabrics, like Plastisol screen print transfers. This makes them a very versatile print type that works on many different shirt options. They are very light weight with a soft feel, softer than low heat plastisol screen printz and comparable to high heat soft feel plastisol screen printz. Dream printz are very easy to apply. Follow the instructions below Always pre press your shirt for 5 seconds to remove any moisture (this should be done with any kind of shirt transfer application) Press on high pressure at 305-320 degrees for 8 seconds Set aside to cool for a moment. When cool to the touch, peel the clear transfer paper Press again at 305-320 degrees for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper or teflon sheet covering the design for protection (you don't have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress) For Sublimation Printz: Adult size xl is 12.25" wide or 14" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Adult size is 10.7" wide or 12.5" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Youth size is 8.3" wide or 10.7" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Toddler size is 7" wide or 9" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Infant size is 2 per sheet, 5" wide or 7" tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Coozie size is 4 per sheet, 3.5" wide or tall, whichever is smaller depending on the proportions of the design Sublimation instructions If you are new to sublimation please familiarize yourself with the process and application to achieve your desired results. Make sure to practice first. For application on 50% polyester or higher materials (these DO NOT work on 100% cotton!) 100% white polyester will produce the best color results. You can use shirts that are light in color like: lt gray, tan, pastels, but know your colors will be faded. 50% poly will achieve a more faded vintage look and will lose some color in it's first wash. Do not wash inside out or the lost color may get trapped inside the shirt and stain. 1.Set your heat press to 375-400 degrees. If you find your white shirts yellow at 400, lower your temp. You can rinse in peroxide water mix to help remove any yellowing as well. Time: 45-60 seconds Pressure: Medium 2.Place sheets of white copy paper or parchment paper inside your shirt to prevent bleed through. 3.Position your transfer face down (use heat tape if desired) and cover with White copy paper or parchment (not wax paper, un-coated un-dyed parchment paper) The dye turns into a gas when heated, and is absorbed into the shirt. It can also transfer to and stain the top of your press and the inside/back of your shirt if you do not use the blow out paper inside the shirt and on top of the print. 4.Press 45-60 seconds on med pressure 5.Remove transfer immediately. Don't let the print sit there, and Do not try to close and repress, the print will always shift slightly when you lift the lid and cause a ghosting/double print effect if it's not removed immediately DECALS: Listing is for a ready to apply transfer smooth hard surfaces . Print only, ready to apply. Cups and not included. Please note: UV DTF and UV Printed Vinyl on glass are opaque while SUBLIMATION is transparent media options UV DTF - printed with UV cured waterproof inks directly onto adhesive, no excess media to weed. Transfer film is included and already applied. Peel cover sheet off, apply transfer, firmly press all printed areas onto the surface, push any bubbles out to the closest edge. Peel transfer film at up to 180 degrees to remove, leaving the transfer on the glass. No heat/cup press needed. Does not have to be sublimation coated, adheres to glass metal plastic and other hard substrates. UV Printed Vinyl - similar to UV dtf but UV printed on a clear vinyl base with white underbase for opacity, simply peel and stick onto hard surfaces. Sublimation - Place and tape transfer with Teflon/heat transfer tape. Use a cup press and the instructions for your glass for heat and time to apply transfer. Must apply on specifically sublimation coated cups/materials. No transfer tape needed. Remove transfer paper after cooled. After print care: Hand wash, no dishwasher, is recommended for best life of all decorated cups.
