(Do not attempt to use device while charging.)If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.Can I use any USB-C cable to charge my ZIIP?No, you cannot unfortunately. ZIIP HALO comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable - other types of charging cables are not compatible. If you have lost this cable, you can purchase at any electronics retailer.ZIIP is not compatible with Apple adapters, Apple cables, and PD (power delivery)/fast-charging/lightning adapters, because they can send too much energy into the ZIIP.
