Snaps onto the top pole of th e All-Terrain telescoping handle, and easily removed when not in use. Made in the USA from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) specially formulated for the outdoor environment. UV stabilized with color dyes that will not break down in harsh heat, sunlight or salt water. Holds an umbrella with a handle up to 1.5" diameter. Designed to attach to the telescoping top pole. Not recommended for middle or lower pole attachment.
