Quart size now Hosta 'Zucchini Fries' is a small to medium-sized hosta with long, narrow, blue-green leaves that have heavily ruffled margins. As the leaves emerge in the spring, t hey have a purple blush on the back, and the petioles and flower scapes are dark red. It produces fertile purple flowers that yield red pods.
