Monday evening PILATES with your instructor Pookalicous. Hello, and welcome to my booking page, I excited for you to join our private group and evening Pilates sessions. Please read all information thoroughly on this page before booking and attending any of my Pilates classes, as this information is important to understand before attendance. If you are new and joining for the first time, upon arrival, I will ask you to complete a PAR-Q (short medical) questionnaire prior to class which I will give to you at the start of your first class so please arrive 5minutes earlier. When booking your desired Pilates class option, you are purchasing either 1,2, 3 or 4 listed: 1) A singular drop in class. Singular drop in classes for Pilates are charged at £10 per session per/person, so please only select 'drop in class' for a one off session if you are not able to attend regular classes and I have instructed you to do so. Please note times and location should never change. This option is subject strictly to limited availability only, as regular advanced bookings will be prioritized - it's importance you understand I cannot guarantee a space if you book this option before conversing with me, and you maybe turned away at class. Please give me a direct message if you are interested in joining any of my classes, so I can assess space and availability prior to booking, and let you know if there is a suitable space. 2) Half Term booking - usually 6 classes - receives a discount. This booking includes multiple classes to be purchased up until the half term dates specified on the booking at a 10% discount. Dates will always be listed in the booking option, please be sure to take a screen shot once booking and add these dates to your calendar. Dates are subject to change and I have the right to do so at any given time, so please make sure to check all dates listed as a date may have been moved to a different day in the week with short notice. I will always give advanced notice in my community group chats (what's app preferred) to any changes I have had to amend during the term. I encourage you if you are attending regular classes to join my what's app community group chat, so I can get the info to you quickly - should an emergency or change need to occur, it is much easier to reach the 'what's app' group chat quickly. 3) Full Term Bookings - receive an honourable 20% discount for the term (usually around 3months of classes). All dates for each month will always be listed and this class has a 20% discount. Dates will always be listed in the booking option, please be sure to take a screen shot once booking and add these dates to your calendar. Dates are subject to change and I have the right to do so at any given time, so please make sure to check all dates listed as a date may have been moved to a different day in the week with short notice. These slots are up until the half term or after the half term and are typically 6 classes per booking and are updated every 6 weeks. This options receives a 30% discount the highest discount option available. Once booked this would cover you and a +1 family member with you to class, this includes, spouses, or partners sisters brothers etc. Please note this option cannot be used for friends. This class works out at around £7 p/p. Liskeard classes will be Monday evenings: 6:30 - 7:30PM. LocationLiskeard Hillfort Primary School,Old RoadLiskeardPl14 6HZ Coads Green classes will be Thursday evenings: 6:30-7:30pm Coads Green Village HallCornwallPL15 7LY Please be aware that Pilates is a very fun and active class. The class is catered to all ages 12+, and is a mixed ability class, so please don't worry if you're someone who has never done Pilates before, this class is totally for you too! I can assure you will have a lot of fun and that you will feel supported, you can always take the class at your own pace. I will work on a mixture of strength and mobility mat based exercises throughout all sessions. Please know that my classes are a hands on class, which means I may use physical contact to help position, realign or guide you as I instruct. If this is something you do not want then you must let me know before class begins. You may notice overall posture improvement to your spine, body and core, as this is one area Pilates is extremely beneficial for. You may also experience other positive benefits such as an improvement in your confidence, mood, mental health, breath and physical appearance. Please bring your OWN mat, this is important as I do not always carry spares, some water and a towel - feel encouraged to bring any of your own any blocks or bands, I do have blocks with me for class that you are able to use free of charge. You may also want to make sure you have a jumper or towel encase you want to layer up or place it underneath your hip bones should you find yourself laying down on the mat and want additional support for your body weight. Please don't worry about asking me to put down the jumper or towel under your hips and do what is right for your body during the class. There is free parking on site. Just make your way into the main hall through the main entrance 5minutes before class starts. Classes will run back to back before Zumba.Thanks for your support!
