Our agave is grown in los altos at 6,922 ft above sea level. We harvest our agave at 5.5 years old using a traditional artesenal method. we have roughly 1,000 acres of land, and ou r agave is estate “grown & owned” - a rarity in tequila production. Maestro Roberto López. Nephew to Felipe and Carlos Camarena, the minds behind Ocho and G4. Roberto isn’t here to ride coattails. His stage? El Sabino Distillery. His crown jewel? Zumbador Tequila. Roberto’s roots run 1,000 acres deep. Zumbador — hummingbird in Spanish, symbol of endurance and spirit. Our Reposado Tequila is rested for a short amount of time in Jack Daniels Barrels.
